I used to go there since we live around, normally workers are nice and help people find what they are looking for. Not today, I asked the man on the pic if he could help me find my shoe size and he refuses telling me “if you dont see it you dont have it!! “ I try and try in deferent languages; he begins to respond louder and irritated, it seems to me that he was lazy and not kind, just not wanted to help. Plus; the cashier was mocking me as I asked a reduction when becoming member, she told me “that it was impossible and that I will NOT have any reduction” in a very impolite and disturbing way, with such a facial expression. Then she called his colleague, the same not polite guy, telling to him in german language that he has to explain the same unkind speech, like he must to bring his agressif - male voice and scream at people so he can humiliate and scare customers. At the end he stated that they was not selling anything to me! I felt I was in a favelas or something. Kind of people that should not serving others in a commercial business!
